Job Summary
Support day-to-day operations and assist with administrative tasks
Answer inbound phone calls on our main line with professionalism and a strong care for our clients
Take ownership of various loan processing operations (including but not limited to: retrieving documentation, organizing loan files, ordering appraisals, corresponding with loan underwriters).
Manage the preparation and sending of welcome boxes and closing gifts to our clients.
Experience, Education, and Skills
Ability to work with strict deadlines
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn new concepts to grow and advance
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision, exercising own initiative and judgment
High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum one year loan processing or relevant mortgage or lending experience (preferably in a broker environment
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a proactive attitude toward clients, supervisors, co-workers, and Brizzi Financial.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Time-management and organization skills
